WTAC Membership

Membership and Fees

The Westerly Track & Athletic Club is open to anyone interested in maintaining a lifestyle of physical fitness. The emphasis is on fun, fitness, and comaradarie at a very low cost. People who enjoy road running, trail running, or walking are encouraged to join.

The annual dues remain low at $10* per individual or $15* per family.  Annual memberships expire December 31.  Sign up today!

Benefits

- $5 discount on entry fees on each of our four WTAC paid events:
    Clamdigger Road Races (Apr)
    Run for the Pumpkins Trail Race (Oct)
    Grills Trail Race (Oct)
    Li'l Rhody Runaround Trail Race (Nov)

- $5 discount on entry fees on each of the five Kelley's Pace races.  Link
- $5 discount on entry fees to Mohegan Striders' Sneekers 4-Mile race.  Link

- Entry (by request) into WTAC Strava club, which includes additional notification posts and event reminders
- Entry into WTAC Clamshell Series (monthly events, with end-of-season awards)
    Recent awards have included WTAC embroidered beach towel, hat, picnic blanket

- Monthly e-mail notification on club happenings
- Monthly group runs, various terrain and locations
- Club Nike singlets periodically ordered and discounted to club members
- Team competition at certain running events (examples:  RI Grand Prix, Border Patrol, Challenge RI State Police)
- Entry to club holiday party (WTAC pays for the hall rental)
