Larry Orlando, 47, and Dominique Lee, 16, topped their respective fields in this annual "low tide" beach run which commemorates a top flight road racer and member of the Westerly Track & Athletic Club. The race serves as the official close to the TOM McCOY FAMILY FUN RUN SERIES which has completed its 29th season.
