5th Annual 10K 'In Harmony' Trail Race
& 5-Mile Walk

Come enjoy a fast, flat trail run in one of Rhode Island's most beautiful privately owned horse farms. The In Harmony Trail Race is a 10k loop through rocks, pine forest, mud, streams, fields and gravel roads. These trails are maintained for horseback riding and are equally suitable for trail runners. Water stop halfway. NOTE: Though every effort has been made to ensure the safety of all entrants, the majority of this race is on a trail filled with natural obstacles which can cause twisted ankles and other injuries to those not used to racing on uneven terrain.

T-SHIRTS: T-shirts to registrations postmarked by April 29, 2004.
ENTRY FEE: $15.00 Pre-registered; $18.00 Up to 1/2 hour before race.
AWARD CATEGORIES: 17 and under Youth, 18-29 Open, 30-39 Submaster, 40-49 Master; 50-59 Grandmaster, 60+ Senior (depth of awards will depend on pre-registration numbers)
REFRESHMENTS: To all registered participants and volunteers following race.

DIRECTIONS: From Conn: I-95 North to Exit 2. Take right at end of ramp **Woodville-Alton Road. Follow this road for a couple of miles. At 4-way stop go straight. At next stop sign (about 1-1/2 miles) take right (Collins Road). Ram Rod Farm will on the right - look for the race sign for parking. From R.I.: I-95 South to Exit 2. Take left at end of ramp. Follow from ** above.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

In consideration of accepting my entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for losses and damages that I may have against In Harmony Therapeutic Riding, Inc. and Ram Rod Farm and its owners; Board members; employees; the committee; representatives; and any volunteer and/or medical personnel for any injuries that I may receive from my participation in the In Harmony 5th Annual Trail Race on May 8, 2004. Any participant under the age of 18 must have parent's written permission to compete. I hereby assume any risk arising out of my participation in this event sponsored by In Harmony Theraputic Riding, Inc.. This waiver of liability and assumption of risk is based upon Rhode Island Statute 7-6-9 entitled EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY.
